Forgotten God: The Helper

Jesus made His promise of the Helper in the shadow of His own departure — not as a parting gift but as a divine strategy. He knew that every believer, which includes you and I, would face moments too heavy to carry, decisions too complex to navigate, and assignments too large to accomplish without supernatural assistance. The Helper was not sent as a supplement to our human effort; He was sent as the replacement for it. He is not a distant resource we access in crisis — He is a constant, ever-present companion designed to empower, guide, convict, intercede, and sustain us every single day of our life, in every season, without exception.

The invitation of this message is not complicated, but it is costly: stop trying to live the Christian life without the Helper. Stop white-knuckling faith, stop navigating life's crossroads alone, and stop mistaking spiritual exhaustion for spiritual devotion. The Helper is here. He has always been here. He is ready — not for our performance, but for our surrender. Turn to Him not only in the extraordinary moments of crisis, but in the ordinary moments of everyday life — and watch the God who sent Him transform the life we thought we had to manage alone.
