Leadership

Jay Jefferson grew up in St. Louis and graduated from Hazelwood West High School. He and his wife Candace, were married in 2000, and have two daughters.  He attended Florissant Valley Community College from 1991-1995, Deacons Training C.O.G.I.C. 1998 and Ordination Training C.O.G.I.C. 2004-2005.  Jay served as a pastor at Grace Church for eight years and Crosswalk Christian church for 4 years. Jay became a pastor at NC3 in September of 2020.

Jim Villalobos grew up in St. Louis and graduated from McCluer High School.  In 2000 he graduated from Southwest Baptist University with a Bachelors in Arts in Religious Education focusing on Youth Ministry.  In 2004 he married his wife, Melissa and they have four children.   Jim joined NC3 as the Youth Pastor in 2008. In January 2022 Jim became a Pastor.
